Just good, honest, training."

Brazilian jiu-jitsu focuses on taking an opponent to the ground in order to neutralize strength or size advantages.  On the ground, physical strength can be offset through proper grappling techniques such as submission holds, joint-locks and chokeholds.

Much in the same way as BJJ, Catch-As-Catch-Can Wrestling is a system of grappling with a long history.  Where BJJ has it's origin in Japanese Jiu Jitsu, CACC draws heavily from American style wrestling.  Pioneered by the likes of Karl Gotch, Billy Robinson and most recently Josh Barnett, Catch Wresting has gained prominence on the competition stage in recent years.

By offering both styles of grappling, we've developed students versed in both Gi (uniform) grappling and 'No Gi' grappling and in submissions, transitions and training methods unique to each style.

In addition to grappling, students can choose to train in any of the other disciplines we teach at a reduced rate.

We pride ourselves on the friendly atmosphere and the high level of instruction offered by our coaches.
